Some clients want to buy a balloon 'kit' they find online - and pay us to build it for them. It's all good - we do that too - then we charge for time, delivery, set-up & any ancillary materials needed.
We've had customers who want us to put their garlands together, but want to install them on their own, and others want the complete white glove treatment, including delivery, set-up, and de-install. We can do any of it - just let us know during your consultation.
